We have a tendency (or at least I do) to not do the things we dream of doing because the issues of everyday life keep getting in the way.  Paying the bills, mowing the lawn, getting the car repaired, raising the kids (well that might make it to the top of the list, but sometimes that blocks all other priorities for ourselves), all contribute to the neglect of what brings us personal joy.

Both Holly and I have had living in Europe on the top of our personal list for as long as we have been together. With our children raised and our parents gone, it seemed like the time had come.  We have one way tickets to Italy and a place to stay in Lecce (middle of the heel of the boot) for two months, after that there are no solid plans and the world is open.  We will be exploring our opportunities and be open to where our adventure takes us from there.
